Welcome to P.Louise Cosmetics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://plouise.co.uk) and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3.3. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, American Express, Clearpay and PayPal.

3.4. Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT.

3.5. P.Louise reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3.6. Certain products are excluded from all promotional activity including Gift Cards,  Advent Calendars, certain Bundles and certain products within the Black Friday promotions. No discount/promotional codes will apply at the checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping within the UK and internationally. Shipping options and associated costs are detailed at checkout.

4.2. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

4.3. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

4.4. P.Louise is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty products are non-returnable unless defective.

5.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

5.3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Subscription Services

6.1. If you subscribe to our beauty subscription service, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected plan.

6.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

6.3. Refunds for subscription services are not provided once an order has been processed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of P.Louise Makeup Academy Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7.2. The P.Louise trademark is registered under UK00003302256 and is protected under UK trademark law.

8. User Conduct

8.1. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the website or its users.

8.2. Any user-generated content submitted to our website or social media channels must not be defamatory, obscene, or infringe on any third-party rights.

9. Liability

9.1. P.Louise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

9.2. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

9.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products purchased.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

11.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.

11.2. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

13. Free Hand Cream Gift With Purchase

13.1 Exclusions: the free Hand Cream and Wrapped & Ready Suitcase gift with purchase doesn't apply on orders of the Budget Box.

13.2. The basket value has to be greater than £0.01 for free Hand Cream, and greater than £100 for free Wrapped & Ready Suitcase.

13.3 We reserved the right to withdraw this offer at anytime or when the product is sold out.

14. Bad Bitch Advent Calendar Bundle

14.1 Customers who spend £160 or more in a single transaction are eligible to purchase the Bad Bitch Advent Calendar for £40. To qualify, a spend of £160 must be reached after any discounts and before delivery charges, on the products in our Christmas collection - https://plouise.co.uk/collections/christmas

14.2 This offer is available while stocks last and applies to eligible orders only.

14.3 No further discounts and promo codes can be applied to orders using this promotion.

14.4 If you return items from your qualifying order and your remaining spend drops below £160, the promotional eligibility will no longer apply.

14.5 If the Bad Bitch Advent Calendar is not returned, the difference in the value of the Advent Calendar (£110) will be deducted from your refund amount.

14.6 Offer valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

14.8 Available online only (unless otherwise stated).

15. Promotion offer for customers who purchased the Cruising Advent and not the Bad Bitch

15.1 Customers who purchased the Cruising Home For Christmas advent and haven't purchased the Bad Bitch Advent can get the Bad Bitch Advent for £40.

15.2 Each code is a one time use code and will be shared with the valid cohort of customers via email.

15.3 Offered valid until November 11th 2025.

15.4 Orders placed outside of the cohort of customers who received the email will have their orders cancelled.

15.5 We reserved the right to withdraw this offer at anytime.

16. Free Wrapped & Ready on orders over £100 December 13th to 14th

16.1 Customers who spend over £100 will get a free Wrapped and Ready Suitcase. Hot Toddy variant on Saturday and Strawberry Snowflake on Sunday.

16.2 Certain products are excluded from the spend amount (e.g. Gift Cards, Sale products and certain Bundles).

16.3 There is a limited quantity available, on a first come first serve basis

16.4 Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

1.1 P.Louise cannot be held responsible for any pre-booked Travel and Accommodation costs.

P. Louise Royalty For Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the P. Louise Loyalty Scheme (“Scheme”).
1.2. By enrolling in or participating in the Scheme, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional rules posted by P. Louise.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment
2.1. The Scheme is open to individuals aged 16 or over (or whatever local legal age).
2.2. You must have a valid P. Louise account to participate.
2.3. Enrolment requires registration.

3. Earning Points / Tier Progression
3.1. You will earn loyalty points for eligible purchases made via our website (or other channels, if specified).
3.2. Excluded items (e.g. gift cards, shipping, or specific promotional items) will be clearly excluded.
3.3. Points will be credited after the order is confirmed and payment cleared.
3.4. Points cannot be earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned.
3.5. Accumulated points may qualify you for higher tiers; tier thresholds and benefits will be published by P. Louise and may change from time to time.

3.6. Tier progression is based on annual activity.

4. Benefits, Rewards & Free Gifts
4.1. Upon reaching a tier, you may receive a welcome gift with purchase, bonus, or discount that is redeemable on a future order. The number of items in the basket must be greater than 2 for the Free Gift/Reward/Benefit to apply (subject to conditions), that will include the item(s) you purchase, a Free Magazine and the Free Gift With Purchase. Exclusions include baskets that contain our Advent Calendars and Gift Cards.
4.2. Free gifts or rewards are subject to availability.
4.3. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4. When offering a “free gift with purchase,” P. Louise reserves the right to substitute a different gift of equivalent or greater value.
4.5. Exclusions may apply (e.g. very large products, bespoke items, or those that cannot be packaged appropriately).

5. Limits, Exclusions & Disqualifications
5.1. The Scheme, benefits, and point accrual may be modified, suspended, or terminated at P. Louise’s sole discretion, with reasonable notice.
5.2. P. Louise reserves the right to exclude accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation.
5.3. Points, tiers, or rewards may expire after a period of inactivity (e.g. 12 months) or at a date set by P. Louise.
5.4. P. Louise is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of your points or account.

6. Redemption & Use of Points / Rewards
6.1. Points or rewards can be applied only under the conditions stated (e.g. minimum spend, specific product eligibility).
6.2. Only one reward or free gift may be used per order (unless otherwise specified).
6.3. If your order is returned or partially returned, the value of any used reward may be deducted from your refund.
6.4. Rewards are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by P. Louise.

7. Changes, Suspension & Termination
7.1. P. Louise may amend, modify, or terminate the Scheme (or any part of it) at any time, with notice where required by law.
7.2. At termination, unused points or rewards may be forfeited.
7.3. Participants agree that P. Louise’s decisions regarding the Scheme (eligibility, disputes, etc.) are final and binding.

8. General Provisions
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or your relevant jurisdiction).
8.2. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
8.3. Failure by P. Louise to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
8.4. You consent to P. Louise collecting and using personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy in connection with the Scheme.

9. Double Points Event

9.1. The Double Points Event runs from 11:00 (GMT) on 31 October 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) on 02 November 2025.

9.2. During the promotional period, members of our Loyalty Scheme, Royalty Is Loyalty, will earn 10 points for every £1 spent, instead of the usual 5 points.

9.3. Points are awarded on the order subtotal, excluding shipping, duties, discounts, or gift card purchases.

9.4. Loyalty points will be credited to the customer’s account once the order has been successfully processed.

9.5. Points earned during this promotion are subject to the same expiry rules as standard loyalty points.

9.6. If an order is returned or refunded, any points earned from that order will be deducted from the customer’s loyalty account.

9.7. The Double Points offer is valid on eligible purchases made via our official website only.

9.8. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other points multiplier promotion.

9.9. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9.10. Participation in the Loyalty Scheme and this promotion is subject to our standard Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions.

P.Louise – TikTok Lives Terms & Conditions

1.1. Order cancellations and winnings
If you cancel your order, any associated winnings will be forfeited. If you have cancellation rate greater than 50%, it may lead to your future wins being forfeited.

1.2. Giveaway enquiries
All enquiries regarding giveaways should be directed exclusively to our business TikTok platform at lives@plouise.co.uk.

1.3. Winnings and order numbers
Winnings are associated with specific order numbers rather than individual accounts.

1.4. Non-exchangeable winning items
Winning items are final and cannot be exchanged or modified once they have been packed or received.

1.5. Winner selection process
Winners are selected at random from TikTok Live orders and must answer a question correctly to qualify as a winner.

1.6. Damaged winning items
We are unable to replace winning items that arrive damaged.

1.7. Duplicate item returns
Duplicate items are non-returnable.

1.8. Non-returnable original orders
Once you have received your winning items, the original order is ineligible for return.

1.9. Multiple mystery boxes in one order
If you purchase multiple mystery boxes within a single order, only one will qualify for doubling.

1.10. TikTok Shop orders only
Winners are exclusively selected from orders placed through the TikTok Shop.

1.11. Transportation issues
In the event of any issues during transportation, such as lost, damaged, or missing packages, please contact the courier directly. P.Louise is not accountable for these occurrences.


Mobile Terms of Service

The P.Louise mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by P.Louise (“P.Louise”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to P.Louise’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of P.Louise through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with P.Louise. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to P Louise or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other P.Louise mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
